What are the costs?
We charge a set up cost which can vary depending upon your requirements and then charge each time we run a payroll for you, whether this is monthly or weekly.
We will provide you with a clear and transparent pricing plan specific to your requirements.
We can also manage your auto enrolment pension contributions, staff expenses and benefits as part of the service.
How do I switch to Munro?
We make this as simple as possible by getting a clear understanding of your requirements.
We arrange a switch over date with your current payroll provider or in-house payroll team and make a test run of your payroll to ensure everything is correct before we perform a live payroll run.
We assign a dedicated payroll adviser to you who can answer any questions or queries from you or your staff and to ensure that any issues are quickly spotted and corrected.
What is Auto Enrolment?
All companies in the UK are required to set up a pension scheme for its employees no later than mid-2018.
Every company will have been issued with a staging date by which time they should set up a scheme and begin making payments.
If you have missed this staging date, we can set you up with a pension provider and backdate payments to ensure you meet your statutory requirements.
We work with a number of pension scheme providers including Aviva, Hargreaves Lansdown and Legal & General to help set up schemes for our clients and can help guide you through every step of the process, from evaluating which of your employees are eligible to selecting the right scheme for you.

Do I need to change pension provider when I switch to Munro?
No - while pension providers have different formats they need to receive data feeds, we can adapt to their requirements and integrate seamlessly with each provider.
